Melissa Bunker
Melissa Bunker has worked for Spectrum Field Services for over 20 years. During that time, she has had the experience of working in almost every department at Spectrum, including several in managerial roles.
From 2005 to 2012, she served as the Human Resources Director. As the HR Director, she had to adapt to the many nation-wide policy changes, especially in Employment Law, that have affected the field services industry over the last several years. In late 2011, Melissa accepted a new role as the Managing Director and Chief of Operations for the company. She is now responsible for the over 50 types of inspections Spectrum performs, including everything from standard foreclosure inspections to specialized private property inspections.
Melissa received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration from Westminster College. She also earned a Certificate of Strategic Management, Business Administration and Management from Harvard University.
