Alan Bunker | President, CEO, and Founder

Alan Bunker founded Spectrum Field Services with two other partners in 1987. A CPA and MBA, he has enjoyed an extensive career as a top executive in the public accounting, retail department store, real estate development, health care, and software industries. He also has worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah.

As a Senior Consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick in San Francisco, Mr. Bunker performed numerous consulting engagements in the savings and loan industry, and for several federal and state agencies. He worked for a number of years for the Auerbach's Department Stores chain, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He later became the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a real estate development firm, with major multi-family residential projects in Texas, Colorado, and Washington.

Mr. Bunker has been heavily involved in the field service industry-related associations for over 25 years. He periodically contributes articles to industry publications and has chaired several committees and panels - including committees responsible for the development of field service standards and procedures, and technology advances for the industry. A long-time member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS), Mr. Bunker also is a past president of that organization.

Melissa Bunker | Chief Operating Officer

Melissa Bunker has worked for Spectrum Field Services for over 20 years. During that time, she has had the experience of working in almost every department at Spectrum, including several in managerial roles.

From 2005 to 2012, she served as the Human Resources Director. As the HR Director, she had to adapt to the many nation-wide policy changes, especially in Employment Law, that have affected the field services industry over the last several years. In late 2011, Melissa accepted a new role as the Managing Director and Chief of Operations for the company. She is now responsible for the over 50 types of inspections Spectrum performs, including everything from standard foreclosure inspections to specialized private property inspections.

Melissa currently serves as a board member for the National Association of Mortgage Field Services, and as co-Chair of the Education and Membership Committees of that organization.

Melissa received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration from Westminster College.

Ed Bruno | Special Consultant

Mr. Bruno is an 18-year sales veteran with a performance record anchored on results. He has co-founded several start-ups, played a central role in three merger and acquisition events and lead sales teams of over 80 people to deliver on annual budgets in excess of $400 million. His expertise crosses numerous business channels including media, technology, corporate communications, intellectual property, licensing, and webcast solutions.

Mr. Bruno has held senior leadership roles including COO, CBO, and VP of Sales in nine companies, two of them public. Mr. Bruno was voted into the "40 Under 40" by the Seattle Business Examiner. He holds Masters Degrees in English and Rhetorical Studies from Oregon State University.

Isaac W. Jacobson | Special Consultant

Mr. Jacobson brings a wealth of executive experience and professional relationships, having assembled top-tier executive teams and boards of directors for technology companies, syndicating venture capital, and buying and selling companies throughout his career. He has held executive positions with media and technology entities such as, Digonex Technologies, MusicRebellion, Digital Kiosk Technologies, Humanizing Technologies and eTAGZ Inc. In addition to building and growing technology companies, Mr. Jacobson has had ownership interests across other sectors including precious metals, professional sports teams, and import/export companies working with the countries of Mexico, China, and the United Kingdom.

A popular speaker and trusted advisor to power brokers, he is often sought out by those in the highest ranks of business, politics, and entertainment to strategize on issues ranging from acquisitions, investments, and public policy to personal growth and bringing to market innovative ideas.

Mr. Jacobson is dedicated to his community, having established or served on numerous non-profit boards including the Snow College Foundation Board, the UVU Foundation Board, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Family Defense PAC.

Devin Rushton | VP, Sales

Devin Rushton joined Spectrum in 2005. He has 15 years of experience working in the services and HR training industries. Prior to joining Spectrum, he was with Lexis Nexis PeopleWise from 2001 to 2005 servicing Fortune 500 companies with pre-employment background screening. He also worked at Franklin Covey for 11 years in different areas, including sales and manufacturing.

As a sales executive, Devin is an asset to Spectrum. He builds long-lasting business relationships with his clients because he provides results that will meet his clients' needs. He creates solutions that save them time and money. His clients and colleagues admire him for providing efficient and valuable responses and for being willing to give his clients the attention they deserve.

Devin received an Associate of Science degree from Salt Lake Community College in 1997 and a Bachelor of Science in 1999 from Utah State University. Both degrees were in Business Administration.

Matt Bunker | VP, Business Development

Mr. Bunker is a networker and strategist. He started his career as a staff member of the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary in Washington, DC where he focused on U.S. immigration policy and assisted with judicial nominations. Following his tenure with the Senate, Mr. Bunker continued to work with Congress with a government affairs and sports representation group and worked closely with the National Basketball Referees Association.

Following his career in Washington, DC, Mr. Bunker turned his attention to higher education, specifically building alumni associations. He was the Alumni Director for Salt Lake Community College, where he took their alumni activity from 32 active members to over 30,000 active members in under four years. Then he worked as the Alumni Manager with the MBA program at Brigham Young University. He organized its worldwide network of MBA alumni; focusing a great deal on social and new media, email marketing, and other methods of connecting people together.

Mr. Bunker speaks fluent Spanish. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Business from Brigham Young University and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Missouri.

Kevin Tovar | Director, IT

Kevin Tovar has been employed by Spectrum Field Services since August 2001 and has held key positions in the Asset Management Department for nearly eight years. Kevin's attention to detail, ability to think creatively, and focus on customer satisfaction has placed him as a key part of Spectrum's management group. As Project Manager, Mr. Tovar's role is to ensure a smooth transition with the initial onset of work for newly added clients. He also ensures that processes and procedures are in place so Spectrum personal are aware of and know host to meet customer requirements. Now as Director of IT, he supervises a team of technical support staff, software testers, and is primarily responsible for the build of Spectrum's world-class project management system that shares code with Spectrum's sister company, VisiSite Technologies, Inc.
